Has Anyone Seen Beowulf?

I'm looking forward to seeing it. I really like the idea of actor's avatars taking the place of real actors. This way, we can see our favorite actors fresh and thin for years. The actors won't ever have to be bothered by balding, weight gain, wrinkles, etc. They can just pop their avatar on screen and be done with it. I'm sure this approach would have kept the actors of Star Trek TOS and TNG in movies longer. I'd love it.
... I actually don't mind seeing them older either.
